Having been really worried about my progress after a week off this week went well.
I’m trying to do 3 runs a week with a gym session as well and possibly some yoga (although the yoga remains a pipe dream). This week all my sessions were in the woods.
1 x 20 min run
1 x 25 min run
Final run of the week I ran the whole course - I still can't believe it - 2.4 miles. Total run time 28.30. It's the best feeling to keep making progress. I just hope that once my progress falters I can still keep the buzz going. Huge Smile on my face!
