I've been kidnapped by the spirit of Christmas.
It's forcing me to be cheery.
To sing carols (ok - nasty Christmas chart toppers).
To wrap presents with a smile on my face.
Bah Humbug.


(I've packed my running kit - I'm away for a total of 5 days, including travelling time - can anyone say optimistic?)
