new ventures

I've been working my fingers to the bone recently. Getting a whole new business venture started. I have also been running more and thrashed my 5mile time down to 44min dead... I don't think Mo Farrah has anything to worry about, but it made me happy. 

Those that read this little, and much neglected blog, have been supportive over the years and I just wanted to put in a plug for my new venture.
